Refund policy

At Da.228, each piece is produced to order and crafted specifically for the client using carefully sourced materials and limited production methods.

Because every garment is made-to-order, all sales are final.

Returns 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Production begins specifically for each client upon order confirmation. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after purchase.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style selections.

We strongly encourage clients to review our Size Guide before placing an order. If you required assistance, our team is happy to provided sizing guidance prior to purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us within seven days of delivery at ecommerce@da228.com.

Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is accepted, Da.228 will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

General Conditions 

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization from Da.228.

Da.228 reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with the conditions outline in this policy.
